If you don’t remember what to pack for camp then the following check list may help you.
PLEASE LABEL YOUR PROPERTY! PERSONAL POSSESSIONS SHOULD BE CLEARLY LABELLED WITH THE NAME OF THE CHILD FOR IDENTIFICATION.
- Your sense of humor
- Good manners
- Sleeping bag or 2 sheets, 3 blankets & pillow for a bunk bed
- Wash cloth and towel
- Swimming wear and beach towel
- A change of clothes for each day of camp
- Enough underwear
- Warm pyjamas (cabins are not heated/insulated)
- Rubber boots
- Raincoat
- Warm jacket for evening activities
- Change of shoes/sandals
- Hat
- Good walking /hiking shoes and socks
- Toothbrush and Toothpaste
- Soap and shampoo
- Brush and/or comb
- Sunscreen lotion and insect repellent
- Flashlight and extra batteries
- Bible
- Pen, pencil, notebook
- Water bottle
- Good Manners
- Sense of humor
If you have the following you may bring them to camp:
- Camera
- Old blanket for campfire
- Musical instrumnets
PLEASE DO NOT BRING TO CAMP THE FOLLOWING
- Food, drink or candy
- Cell phones
- Radios
- Tape recorder or tape decks
- Cd players
- iPods, MP3 players
- Electronic games
- Cash or credit cards
